Finally we are home in Texas! This fall we went to a Texas Rangers baseball game (they won!) and we spent the winter holidays with our families. Even though we got stuck in the middle of a rare Christmas Eve snowstorm, we finally made our rounds and had a great time hanging out with aunts, uncles, cousins, moms, brothers and sisters… eating too much and listening to music… It was happy chaos with grandpas sleeping in their chairs and little kids running around playing with their new toys while Bo, my mom’s Pug, raced around keeping an eye on everything.

I’m delighted that Semiprecious is now out in a pretty new paperback edition. In October, 2010, Picture Perfect will also debut in paperback with a gorgeous new cover. You can check out the new covers on the BOOKS page. A few weeks ago I received my author’s copies of the Korean edition of Of Numbers and Stars: The Story of Hypatia. I’ll post that new cover soon. It’s exciting to know that readers halfway around the world are learning about this amazing woman.
